I think the one who drew this is a doujin artist in Japan, because the art is very much the same as one doujin I've read about them. I forgot the title of the doujin though. All I remember is that Kyon there became a vampire and he needed to drink Koizumi's blood to come back to normal. And then, we all know what happened :3
